Hours: 7-day service, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Sunday)

Ecclesfold Integrated Day Care Centre.
What you’ll do:
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide person-centred care advice and guidance to colleagues and others
- Plan and facilitate activities for clients personal service planning and reviews
- Manage the booking in and administration of medication
- Knowledge and experience of supporting older people, particularly those living with dementia
- QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Ability to work across a 7-day service (future review may alter opening hours)
