Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the café
- Manage food service, health and safety, and stock control
- Support, train, and mentor young people with additional needs
- Manage staff, volunteers, and mentors
- Help develop and grow a sustainable social enterprise
About You
- Experience in café, restaurant, catering, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for supporting young people and making a positive social impact
