Lea Green Centre is looking for a committed Facilities Management Officer to join our team and help deliver high‑quality catering, domestic and support services across our vibrant outdoor education centre.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of catering, cleaning and domestic services, ensuring quality standards and operating efficiently within set budgets.
- Line‑manage catering, cleaning and caretaking teams, providing clear direction, fair task allocation and supportive supervision.
- Work closely with centre managers, visiting groups, staff and external partners to keep Lea Green running smoothly – from menu planning and allergen management to stock control, rotas, maintenance coordination and financial processes.
This role will include evening & weekend working.
