East Midlands Councils / East Midlands Jobs is seeking three Brokers to broker Home Care packages, care home packages and out of hospital pathways. You will liaise with care homes, home care providers, people and advocates, building strong relationships and maintaining records.
The roles are on a temporary fixed-term six-month contract with a Monday to Friday pattern. A hybrid working approach is offered with office and home work.
