To provide effective, compassionate and strategic leadership for Silver Linings Bilborough Primary School which is a small (30 pupils maximum) therapeutic primary provision that has been operating for just one year. The school has recently completed a successful OFSTED inspection with a ‘Good' outcome, demonstrating the strong foundations, ethos and high-quality practice embedded in its early development.

The Headteacher will work closely with the Executive Headteacher as part of the school improvement process and contribute towards the development of a new secondary provision currently under construction at a nearby site. They will ensure high-quality teaching, therapeutic support and care for all pupils, many of whom have SEMH and complex needs, promoting trauma-informed practice and the PACE model throughout the school.
