Derbyshire County Council is seeking a Residential Childrens Worker to join Hillview Children’s Home in Chinley, delivering 24-hour care and support for up to four Derbyshire children aged 8–18. The role requires commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice and adherence to Children’s Homes (England) regulations 2015.
You will work as part of a small team, with sleep-in duties and shift patterns (earlies, lates and sleep-ins).
