Derbyshire Leaving Care Service is seeking a Staying Close Wellbeing Worker to support care-experienced young people aged 16-25 with trauma-informed wellbeing, housing stability and independence. Based in Chesterfield, you’ll work within the Leaving Care and Staying Close Team to co-produce plans and strengthen multi-agency partnerships.
You will deliver individual sessions, group interventions, and participate in service development to improve outcomes.
