Bolsover District Council’s Housing Repairs Team is seeking a motivated Repairs Planner to coordinate repairs across 5,000+ properties. Based at the Riverside Depot, Doe Lea, Chesterfield, you will work with an in-house team of 50+ staff and external contractors to deliver efficient repairs and effective resident communications.
The role requires strong problem-solving, a commitment to service improvements, and awareness of HHSRS and Awaab’s Law.
