The Deer Shed is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to join our cafe team at Alfreton Park. You will lead food preparation for our cafe, events and wholesale customers, while supporting young people aged 19-25 with additional needs as they develop catering and life skills.
You will develop menus, maintain high food standards, and foster a positive team environment in a busy setting. This role combines cooking expertise with mentoring and inclusive practice.
