As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will:

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and schedules
  • Coordinate communications and prepare documentation for meetings
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and HR coordination activities
  • Assist with financial administration including purchase orders and expenses
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and partner organisations
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities and urgent requests
  • Support continuous improvement in administrative systems and processes

This role requires someone who can work independently, remain calm under pressure, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys problem-solving, organisation and supporting senior stakeholders. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar support role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Experience working at pace and meeting competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A calm, diplomatic and professional approach with high levels of confidentiality
  • Experience within the public sector is desirable but not essential.
