Position profile: The Staff Development Nurse will work within the Same Day Unit, providing education and training on clinical practices. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating orientation, education, and training activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety and quality of care, and facilitate corporate education and training in accordance with health service policy and standards.
