Full Time (35 hours per week)

Salary: Real Living Wage; £13.45 per hour - £24,479.00 per annum

Contract: Fixed term for 24 months

About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us and provide support to our front line teams. As part of our team, you will help us maintain and improve our homes, ensuring our tenants live in safe, high quality properties. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who deliver key services to our tenants.

As a Modern Apprentice, you will support the team in delivering a range of services from property maintenance, contractor management and digital activities. You’ll gain experience across all aspects of asset management, while developing valuable administrative, technical and customer service skills. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll receive training, mentoring and support to develop the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in housing management.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn. You’ll have an interest in property construction, housing or digital services and will be well-organised with a good attention to detail. You’ll also have excellent communication and organisation skills, and must be confident in using Microsoft Applications, including Word and Excel. Experience of working in a customer service environment would be desirable. The successful candidate will also be committed to completing the Business & Administration Modern Apprenticeship (SCQF Level 5).
