Work: Shifts to be worked as and when required.

This will be determined by the needs of the service.

Please note that with locum/relief posts there is no guaranteed number of hours per week.

It is essential that all applicants hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2).

This can be obtained on-line and is available from many on-line training providers.

Job Details To assist in the provision of a quality meal and function service in Residential Care Units within East Lothian Council in accordance with relevant legislative requirements including health and safety, food hygiene, Hazard analysis within the food industry.
