Job Details To carry out stock condition surveys of East Lothian Council’s housing assets to help inform modernisation programmes and compliance with relevant standards.

To carry out energy assessments and water/legionella risk assessments and fire door compliance surveys within domestic council properties and fire risk assessments in blocks.

Job Requirements Relevant Qualifications Educated to HNC/SVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant construction discipline and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.

Will be required to undertake study to the Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment within a year of appointment.

Evidence of commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
