Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexi time is applicable, and starting and finishing times are flexible. To start November 2025.

Please Note

Job Details
To introduce and manage an effective performance management and self-assessment framework for the Community Housing and Property Management\\\’s housing related services within the Division.
To embed a performance management culture within the Division.
To monitor performance against operational targets.
To assist in the analysis of performance management information and help identify solutions for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Housing or suitable relevant alternative and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
Driving Licence
A full current driving licence is desirable for this post.
Level 1 Disclosure Clearance
This role requires Level 1 Disclosure Clearance to allow access to the Public Sector Network. ELC will submit a Police Act Disclosure application on behalf of the preferred candidate and receipt of the subsequent certificate will be required prior to commencement.
