Salary: Full time 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Part‑time hours/sessional posts are pro‑rated accordingly. Hourly rate £13.48 – £14.33.
Post 1 – Gullane Primary School: 15 hours per week (52‑week non‑sessional). Days and hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:15–14:00.
Post 2 – Longniddry Primary School: 10 hours per week (38‑week sessional). Days and hours: Monday – Thursday, 11:30–14:00.
Job Details: Assist in the provision of a quality catering and function service in accordance with relevant legislative requirements, including health and safety, food hygiene and hazard analysis within the food industry.
Requirements:
- Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2).
- PVG membership (or an update) required for regulated work with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
- Overseas criminal record check if you have lived or worked outside the UK for more than 3 months in the last 5 years.
