Key Responsibilities
- Whole School Leadership
- Strategic development and improvement of Learning, Teaching and Assessment
- Lead tracking, monitoring and reporting
- Lead SQA arrangements including verification, prelims and final exams
- Head of House role for approximately 300 pupils, working with a Pupil Support Leader
- Fostering strong partnerships with pupils, staff, parents, partners and the wider community
- BGE Focus: Lead and track attainment target setting, analysis and interventions

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualifications: Full GTCS Registration is required
- PVG: This post is a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults; PVG membership or update is required prior to formal offer
- All preferred candidates for regulated posts will be required to become a PVG Scheme member or update prior to offer
- Overseas criminal record check required if spent more than 3 months outside the UK in the last 5 years
