The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours / sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly.

This is a 39-week sessional post i.e. working hours will be during school term time plus in-service days.

Law PS is non-denominational school which serves the town of North Berwick. The school is looking for a committed Classroom Assistant to enhance our current provision and support a range of needs across P1 to P7. The school currently has 25 classes with potential to grow further. Law PS works collaboratively with its cluster schools who all feed in to North Berwick High School. We welcome applications from suitably experienced candidates who wish to join a dynamic and flexible team.
To support the quality of teaching and learning to pupils and assist in the promotion of pupil development through support and involvement in learning activities.

Nursery Only:
SSSC registration is an essential requirement of this role. If you are appointed and are not already a member of the relevant section of the SSSC Register, you will be required to apply for registration within 3 months of your start date to ensure that you are registered within the required 6 months.
PVG Membership
This post is considered as a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
