The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours / sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly. Hourly rate of pay: £16.70 - £17.84. This is a 39-week sessional post i.e. working hours will be during school term time plus in-service days.
Days and Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 08:00-16:00; Friday, 08:00-13:00. Starting and finishing times are flexible. To start 10th August 2026. The Business Support Administrator is part of the Administration team. The team consists of the Business Support Administrator, five Senior Business Support Assistants and a Welfare Assistant. Main responsibilities include supervision of the office team, setting up the whole school timetable using SEEMIS, updating and submitting examination records to Qualifications Scotland (previously SQA) and processing admissions and leavers.
