We are looking for an Executive Support Manager to provide high-level assistance to the Chief Executive and oversee the smooth running of our governance and leadership operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead on special projects commissioned by the Chief Executive, including strategic and operational planning support.
- Coordinate research projects and manage the administration of the Board of Trustees and its committees.
- Coordinate diaries and workflows for the senior leadership team and student officers, ensuring leadership effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational delivery, managing tasks from brief to completion.
- Ability to manage complex, competing priorities and high-volume diaries, exercising appropriate judgement.
- Experience servicing boards or senior committees, or writing papers and reports for discussion and decision.
