An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to work at a Band 8a level within the Trust Safeguarding Adult Team. The successful post holder will be pivotal in supporting staff and safeguarding patients in our care.

Responsibilities
- Lead safeguarding adult at risk issues across the Trust and work closely with multiple agencies to set, review and develop protocols of care for the safe management of adults at risk.
- Act as a local expert with enhanced knowledge and experience of the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards 2007, Human Rights Act 1998 and the PREVENT agenda.
