The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This is a senior AHP operational and leadership role within Community Health Services. The role is basedin the community across South and Mid Bedfordshire (CBC) with operational responsibility for a range of AHP services. You will work alongside a senior nursing lead at place, led by an Associate Director responsible for delivering community health services into Central Bedfordshire areas. There will be a focus on integration of intermediate care services with the local authority, system flow and the support of hospital admission prevention and supporting people to stay well at home., This post holder will provide operational leadership and objective setting to a range of Community Health Services therapy services including Wheelchair services, Podiatry, and the Occupational and Physiotherapy teams within the primary care at home teams.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of human resource, financial resource, governance and business planning arrangements across the service lines including business continuity and quality improvement initiatives.

A key part of this role will be to form and maintain strong relationships with system partners in acute and social care in order to facilitate strong working relationships with a particular focus on integration with CBC reablement teams working at place to reduce ongoing care requirements, admission rates and improve patient experience.

The post holder will support the development of services, AHP workforce strategy and integration of AHP services with system partners as required.
