We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Locksmith Trainee. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales or customer service skills who is eager to learn a skilled trade. Full training and hands-on support will be provided to develop locksmithing knowledge and technical ability over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, online, and in person in a professional and friendly manner
  • Promote and sell locksmith services, products, and solutions based on customer needs
  • Schedule jobs and accurately record customer information
  • Assist experienced locksmiths on-site to learn practical skills and industry best practices
