We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Locksmith Trainee. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales or customer service skills who is eager to learn a skilled trade. Full training and hands-on support will be provided to develop locksmithing knowledge and technical ability over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, online, and in person in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell locksmith services, products, and solutions based on customer needs
- Schedule jobs and accurately record customer information
- Assist experienced locksmiths on-site to learn practical skills and industry best practices
- Learn to identify, install, repair, and maintain locks and security systems
- Build trust with customers by providing honest advice and clear explanations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols
