Do you want to take pride and make a difference to the local community? We currently have a Pride in East Lindsey Supervisor position available, based in Louth but covering areas throughout the East Lindsey District. The start date for this role is 1st April.

You will be responsible for the delivery of operational supervision and monitoring of the Pride in East Lindsey team. Your main duty is to raise the appearance of our towns, by overseeing the team responsible for tackling the more difficult cleansing tasks, planning, coordinating and monitoring the tasks requested and undertaken by the team, and using initiative to address new and upcoming issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver operational supervision and monitoring of the Pride in East Lindsey team.
  • Oversee the team responsible for tackling the more difficult cleansing tasks.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor tasks requested and undertaken by the team.
  • Use initiative to address new and upcoming issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleansing and grounds maintenance duties.
  • Current full driving licence.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • The ability to work independently, use your own initiative, along with excellent teamwork and advisory skills.
