We are recruiting for a Place Assistant to join East Lindsey District Council on a permanent basis. As a Place Assistant you will support the delivery of place‑based initiatives, destination marketing, business and community engagement, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and financial support (raising orders, processing invoices, preparing agendas and reports)
- Collect, organise and present data such as website analytics, footfall and engagement figures
- Support business and community engagement, including forums, workshops and enquiries
- Assist with planning and delivery of local events, festivals and place‑based projects
- Maintain and update websites, social media content and newsletters
- Help deliver marketing materials and destination promotion campaigns
- Work with partners, suppliers and community organisations to ensure smooth project delivery
