A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and student-focused Curriculum Leader in Motor Vehicle to join our Construction & Motor Vehicle team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Motor Vehicle department is dynamic, supportive and forward-thinking, with a main goal of shaping the future workforce of the Motor Vehicle industry.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a team of Lecturers, delivering on the Motor Vehicle provision.
- Lead on the internal verification and quality processes.
- Support curriculum planning, development, and delivery to meet awarding body requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor teaching, learning and assessment to ensure high quality and consistency across the department.
- Track and report on student progress, retention, achievement and progression.
- Maintain effective links with employers, apprenticeships and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with College procedures, including Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Motor Vehicle curriculum.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Recognised teaching qualification.
- Relevant Motor Vehicle‑related qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Degree or higher‑level qualification in a relevant subject area or appropriate professional qualification.
- Proven experience of teaching/training in a Motor Vehicle environment within Further Education or Industry.
- Experience of managing or mentoring staff.
