  • Maintain clear communication with delivery teams regarding learner onboarding progress and programme starts
  • Deliver learner onboarding, induction and participation activity
  • Create and maintain digital learner resources and engagement activity within OneFile
  • Support learner participation, communication and personal development activity across the apprenticeship journey

  • Experience contributing to the improvement of apprenticeship processes, learner engagement activity or digital systems/resources
  • Strong working knowledge of ESFA funding rules, compliance and evidence requirements
  • Experience of applying Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or assessing learner starting points
  • Experience working accurately within fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using e-portfolio systems such as OneFile
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners through digital and group‑based activity
