East Kent Mencap is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our housing team in Margate. The role is full-time (37 hours) on permanent basis, with pay at £13.95 per hour and some evening/weekend work.
You will support the manager daily, supervise staff, and help service users gain independence. NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is preferred; IT literacy is required. Sleep-ins are paid.
