About The Role

Are you an enthusiastic, organised individual ready to deliver excellent customer service across the East Kent Colleges Group? If so, join us as Recreational Assistant. EKC Group are seeking to appoint a Recreational Assistant to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service across a wide array of services.

In your role, you will be part of a close-knit team working for lettings and sports centre supporting various sports centre bookings, lettings, events & long term bookings.

Key Information

Working pattern: Flexibility is essential for this role as you will be working weekday evenings, typically between 4-9pm, as well as hours on a weekend including 4 hours on a Sunday. Availability to provide cover during holidays is also required.

Salary: Β£9,198

Holiday: 68 hours

About You

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual. The successful candidate will be approachable with excellent communication skills and experience in a highly guest-focused role with a passion for great service and a drive for guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified first aider, have an understanding of a college environment and be able to work under pressure and cope with changing demands.
