Overview
Mechanical/Operational Engineering Lecturer
As a Lecturer of Engineering at EKC Group you will teach, train and assess students in a variety of learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Your role includes providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential and to lead on designated study programmes and/or courses, with responsibility for the design, delivery and evaluation of programmes.

Responsibilities
Teach, train and assess students across designated study programmes and/or courses from Level 1 up to Level 4. Plan engaging and innovative lessons, monitor and assess student progress, and implement interventions as needed. Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of programmes and provide support to learners to maximise their potential.
About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative and capable of planning and teaching engaging lessons with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in teaching or workplace training is preferred but not essential as training is offered. A positive outlook, empathy for learners and solid class management skills are important.
You should be able to teach a range of programmes from Level 1 to Level 4 and motivate learners to succeed. A minimum of Level 5 in Mechanical Engineering is required, with experience in lathe and mill operations.
