What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching, training and assessing learners in Electrical Installations (Level 2 and above).
- Delivering to serving Cat D prisoners released on temporary licence from Standford Hill Prison.
- Supporting learners to develop industry skills that can transform their opportunities after release.
- Designing, delivering and evaluating engaging study programmes.
- Inspiring students through your industry knowledge and experience.

About You
- Highly organised and creative, able to plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons.
- Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and connect with learners.
- Confident in assessing, tracking and planning interventions to support every student’s achievement.
- Able to maintain positive classroom management and an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Motivated to teach across study programmes from Level 1 to Level 2, helping learners succeed in their qualifications.
Ideally, You Will
- Experience of teaching or delivering training in the workplace (not essential).
- Positive outlook, empathy, and resilience to support and motivate learners.
- Willingness to develop as a teacher – full training and support provided.
