Class 2 Driver required. Here at HireGiant we require a Class 2 Driver with our well-established client in NN4, Northampton. The client is very well known within the transport industry.
Responsibilities
- The HGV 2 driver will be on an ongoing basis, so will suit someone looking for regular hours.
- The work starts immediately and involves collection and delivery work.
- You will be required to do HGV collection and delivery work on a Class 2 LGV vehicle.
- On your daily runs the driver will be doing anything between 6-8 drops with some collections in Northampton.
- There may be some element of handball but mainly the drops are taken off with FLT at site.
Requirements
- Cat C / LGV2 Licence
- Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
- Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Hours & Pay
- The start time is between 06:00 - 08:00am and we have immediate starts for the right candidate, and this will be a full time role.
- Working pattern is Monday to Friday.
- The hourly rate for the Class 2 Driver role is: Up to £15.24 - £17.24 per hour Monday to Friday.
- The role is PAYE but we do have LTD work available.
