We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our well-established parcel distribution client based in Hinkley. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing night shift work with long-term potential and excellent pay progression.
Responsibilities
- Picking parcels off conveyor systems using handheld scanners
- Sorting parcels accurately for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets
Hours & Pay
- Start Time: 03:00am – 07:00am
- Days: Monday to Friday (weekend work available during peak periods)
- Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour to start, £15.01 after 12 weeks (PAYE)
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Inductions last 23 hours and are unpaid unless you complete the full shift that same night

- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Experience using handheld scanners preferred

- Safety boots and hi-vis required
