HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Derby, Derbyshire. This company has operated in the area for over 15 years and focuses on Local and Regionwide delivery of Aggregates. LGV 2 Tipper Driver will be placed on a Temporary to Permanent basis with a full-time job available.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliveries of Sand, Stone and Aggregates of all grades to a variety of locations in the East Midlands and further afield.
  • Typically around 6 drops per day; some long-distance work may require reclamation and delivery back to the depot.
  • May involve nights out or Monday-Friday tramping work.

Requirements:

  • Previous Tipper Driving Experience is essential
  • Cat C entitlement on their licence
  • Valid Digital tachograph card
  • Valid CPC Card
  • Desirable:
  • MPQC Skills qualification (MP Connect Card)
  • Safe Urban Driving (CPC course)

Hours & Pay:

  • The start times will be between 06:00am-07:00am daily and the HGV Class 2 Driver will work upwards of 50 hours over a 5 day period.
  • Hourly Rate: £160.00 per day (PAYE) | £200.00 per day (LTD) Monday to Friday.
