Responsibilities
- Deliver steel, metal products, construction materials, beams, bars, and sheets
- Operate a Class 2 flatbed truck
- Secure loads using Ratchet Straps (strapping experience essential)
- Customer‑facing deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
Hours & Pay
- Start Time: 06:00
- Shifts: 8–10 hours per day
- Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Monday to Friday
- Ongoing, full‑time hours every week
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (CAT C) Licence
- Valid CPC Card & Digital Tachograph
- Minimum 1 year Class 2 experience
- Proven flatbed & strapping experience
- Experience delivering steel, metals, or construction materials
- Maximum 6 points (no DR, DD, IN convictions)
- Reliable, customer‑focused, professional attitude
