East-Hill is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in London.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality menus and daily specials, while leading and developing the kitchen team to ensure outstanding service.

You will be hands-on, manage the rota and health & safety, and assist in designing new dishes.
