About the Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the Council Tax and Business Rates functions across our shared service. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple sites and remote settings, ensuring high performance, compliance, and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a confident and experienced professional who can demonstrate:
- At least 5 years of relevant management experience in Revenues and/or Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Council Tax, NNDR, and associated legislation.
- Proven leadership and team management skills across diverse operations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- IRRV Technician qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
