Permanent full time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Grade 6 – starting salary £38,649 pa (pay award pending) Petersfield / Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office).

As a key part of our organisation, the Case Management Team sits at the heart of our customer experience. Acting as the first point of contact, the team ensures our residents can easily access the services they need. We are now seeking a highly motivated and confident manager to lead, inspire and develop this vital service.
