Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our fantastic team at East Grinstead Vets in the heart of beautiful West Sussex.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team of 5 RVNs and 1 Student Veterinary Nurse across our three-branch, small animal practice. We’re proud to offer a friendly, inclusive working environment where nurses are highly valued and encouraged to make full use of their skills.
Responsibilities
- The Role: In this role, you\\u2019ll enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload that allows you to utilise your full range of nursing skills. Your day-to-day duties will include theatre and surgical nursing, caring for inpatients, carrying out laboratory work, and running nurse consults and clinics.
About the Practice and Location
We are a busy, small animal practice in beautiful East Grinstead with satellite branches in Crawley and Copthorne with good transport links to London and Brighton. We are lucky enough to have the Ashdown Forest on our doorstep providing a great place for walking and enjoying spectacular views.
We have a varied caseload ranging from routine surgery to orthopaedics and are well equipped with an internal lab, multi-parameter, ultrasound, digital x-ray, K-Laser, and multiple endoscopes. We are a well-established training practice who encourage our nurses to train as Clinical Coaches to assist our student nurses in reaching their full potential.
Requirements / Ideal Candidate

Working Pattern
This is a full-time role averaging 37.5 hours per week over 4 days, with no out-of-hours, giving you a genuine work/life balance. You\\u2019ll be part of a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota.
