East End Homes is seeking a Housing Customer Support Officer to be the welcoming face of the team.

Based at our head office with regular trips to local housing centres, you will be the first point of contact for residents reaching out by phone, email, or in person.

You will handle a busy mix of tasks—from raising repair requests and assisting with rent payments to issuing parking permits and fobs.
