We believe in working locally and collaboratively, making a real difference in the neighbourhoods where we work.The RoleWe are looking for a Building Safety Officer to join us in keeping our high-rise and higher-risk buildings safe and compliant. You will work closely with our Compliance & Building Safety Manager to make sure we are meeting all our legal obligations, especially regarding the Building Safety Act.A big part of your day will involve managing the 'golden thread' of information—this means keeping accurate, digital records for our buildings and ensuring all safety checks are up to date. You will also be the friendly, go-to person for our residents, leading on consultations and making sure their voices are heard when it comes to the safety of their homes. From monitoring contractors to helping develop safety cases, you’ll play a vital part in making sure our buildings are managed responsibly and our residents feel secure.The PersonWe are looking for someone who is organised, communicative, and genuinely cares about safety.
