Job Introduction Main Duties Of The Role
Your role will be to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant hospitality and catering instruction to learners aged 1419+, supporting their practical skill development in both food preparation and front-of-house service. The role includes mentoring students, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, managing kitchen operations and stock control, and contributing to the colleges commercial and educational success.
Essential Requirement
- Level 2 food safety
- Level 2 food and beverage
- GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English)
- Experience of hospitality and catering industry
- Experience of meeting/exceeding hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of industrial food and beverage ordering
- Customer service
- Reliability / Trust / Professionalism – Ability to carry out the role with professional integrity in line with EDC values and behaviours
