Job Summary

Please note that salary will be pro-rated for employees working less than 37 hours per week.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 1400 - 2200 with a one hour unpaid break.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of FM services by supervising and undertaking the following duties:

  • building and ground cleaning
  • Janitorial
  • School Crossing Patrol
  • Porterage
  • letting and Building Security

Reporting to the FM Lead – Education, you will be responsible for the supervision of the FM operational teams in relation to building cleaning and school crossing patrol to ensure the effective delivery of FM services to stakeholders.

You will ensure a safe environment is provided to employees and users by complying with Health & Safety Regulations and Policy and Procedures.

Carry out minor property repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring all other repairs are monitored and reported and maintain the Property 6 Pack, ensuring procedures are applied and relevant records recorded and updated.
