The Estates & FM Service within East Dunbartonshire Council is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all aspects of the Council’s property portfolio. The Council seeks to appoint a new Facilities Coordinator who will report to the Facilities Management – Team Leader for the West, who will lead the team across a geographical area to deliver efficient services to a variety of service users across the following areas: Building Cleaning, School Crossing Patrol, Emergency Call-out, Porterage, Janitorial and letting and Repairs and maintenance.
Successful candidates will also be required to conduct regular inspections of the estate to ensure it is maintained to meet the standards required by legislation, regulation and statutory requirements.
