The cost of the check will be deducted from the first salary payment. In some cases, this deduction may be made in installments, with approval from the HR & OD Manager. If an employee leaves before the full deduction, the remaining amount will be deducted from the final salary. This requirement also applies to existing employees applying for roles requiring a PVG/Disclosure check.
