Job Summary
East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking an experienced individual in debt recovery, systems, and processes to join the Finance and Digital Service.
The role is within the Corporate Debt Team, responsible for maximising income while considering customers\' ability to pay, ensuring performance targets are met. The team is dynamic and deadline-driven, requiring frequent contact with customers, their representatives, and other services, including managers.
Applicants should possess knowledge of debt systems, procedures, legislation, and spreadsheet skills. Previous experience with relevant systems and a methodical approach are highly desirable. The role involves regular office attendance for training and meetings, with some flexibility for remote work.

PVG / Disclosure Scotland
