The role of Catering Team Leader is to assist in the effective provision of the Facilities Management operational catering Team to provide excellent customer service, meeting all SLA's, complying with Food Safety Legislation and the Schools (Health and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007, and assisting to meet performance targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the catering team to ensure the delivery of the catering service to customers.
