East Devon District Council is seeking a Planned Works Surveyor to join our Property & Asset team in Devon. The role focuses on delivering planned maintenance and improvement works in line with our Climate Strategy, developing specifications, tenders and contracts for major repairs and retrofit energy efficiencies.
You will work closely with the Planned Works & Climate Change Manager, manage procurement and contractor delivery, and engage with tenants to ensure a customer-focused service.
