The predicted salary is between 30900 - 35800 £ per year.
Lead a small, committed team to make sure council income is protected and customers get a fair, efficient service. You’ll oversee billing, debt recovery, Housing Benefit overpayments, and key schemes like Homes for Ukraine, while driving improvements and supporting anti‑fraud work.
You will:
- Lead and motivate the team
