East Devon District Council is seeking a Building Compliance & Reactive Works Manager to lead the Buildings and Facilities Management Team. You will oversee landlord health and safety compliance across our portfolio, including fire, gas, asbestos, electrical safety and legionella control, supported by a small in-house team and external contractors.
You will manage budgets, lead contractors, and drive improvements while ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery of works in a hybrid environment.
